Introduction

In circular flight a specialty exists that denominates combat; in this one each model airplane it tries to cut the tape that drags its opponent.

Of the case of the radio control it consists basically of the same but without letting consider two points important:

 a) The great difficulty to calculate the position and distances of the tape to cut in a three-dimensional space.

b) the risk of losing the control of a model and to star it against something or, which is worse, against somebody.

In the North American magazines we see designs of wings habitually battle but they do not follow homogenous rules except the RRCAA .

Yes that we have data of the group formed between representatives of several paises to establish competitions of R/C in the modality battle with semiscale models on scale 1:12 of airplanes of II the World war, with its rules and very complete norm.

The necessity to stay on scale 1:12 implies to have models with an inferior spread to 1 m which we considered makes difficult the flight for medical instructors who do not have an upper middle level reason why we have considered to elaborate own rules battle RC, similar but that makes the maximum incapié in the security.

In order to minimine risks then, among other factors, it is precise to have models that have a small motor and a minimum mass with object to increase the security of the pilots, judges and spectators.
For it, without exactly following the rules of the 1:12 but adapted ours of those, we have created a model of low cost and that also is of fast construction.

The result is the RCat # . An airplane designed by TRomo, constructed in foam and very rebellious with the mini reinforcements in raft. Light and that can be motorized with 25 or with a 600SP BB.
